I am a specialist Paediatrician, graduate of Auckland University with subsequent specialist paediatric infectious training in Australia and Singapore.
My major interests include impact of vaccination on child health particularly addressing important childhood infections such as varicella, pneumococcal, rotavirus, pertussis and measles.
I have led research in otitis media, meningitis and childhood respiratory disease. I enjoy the balance between my clinical work and research which complement my passion for child health and prevention of infectious disease.
I have two school age boys who’ve received all their vaccines.
